South-Doyle High School Musical Theatre presents Mamma Mia this week, Thursday through Saturday at 2020 Tipton Station Rd. in Knoxville. Thursday and Friday showtimes are at 7 p.m. with Saturday offering choices of 1 and 7 p.m.
Mamma Mia is one of the classic musicals for high schools that will have you singing and wanting to dance through the entire show.
Mamma Mia features songs from Abba, so even if you don’t know the themes of the show, most will recognize Dancing Queen and Money, Money, Money! A mother, a daughter and three possible dads … What’s not to understand about the theme?
Come get wrapped up in the emotion, humor and unforgettable melody of this timeless show.
Tickets can be purchased at the door: adults $15, children $10.
