The Wallace Professionals Network (WPN) recently gathered for happy hour at Kern’s Food Hall, bringing together agents for an evening of connection, conversation and collaboration.

The Wallace Professionals Network is designed to create opportunities for Wallace agents to build relationships, share ideas, and learn from one another in a relaxed, welcoming setting. The monthly meetup is one of the many ways Wallace Real Estate continues to invest in a culture of support, connection, and professional growth.

“At Wallace, we believe relationships are at the heart of this business,” said Andrew McGranaghan, CEO of Wallace Real Estate. “When agents have opportunities to connect with each other, share what they are learning and support one another, it strengthens not only their individual businesses, but our brokerage as a whole.”

The gathering at Kern’s offered agents at every stage of their careers a chance to step away from the day-to-day pace of real estate and spend time with colleagues who understand the opportunities and challenges of the industry. Newer agents had the opportunity to learn from more experienced professionals, while seasoned agents were able to exchange ideas, celebrate wins, and continue building meaningful relationships within the Wallace community.

Said McGranaghan, “For Wallace, culture is more than a concept. It is reflected in the ways agents show up for one another, collaborate across offices, and continue learning together. The Wallace Professionals Network helps foster that spirit by creating consistent opportunities for connection throughout the year.”

As Wallace continues to grow, these gatherings remain an important reminder that real estate is built on relationships, and that strong relationships begin within the brokerage itself.
