Tennova North physician plazas sell for $75M

The week leading up to Memorial Day was busy for real estate in Knox County. There were 318 property transfers recorded, which is a 9.28 percent increase over the previous week. The total value of these transfers was $159.7 million.

The largest of the property sales was the physicians’ plazas at Tennova North Medical Center. CHP Knoxville Plaza A MOB Owner, LLC and CHP Knoxville Plaza B MOB Owner, LLC sold these properties to EPC Sparti, LLC. Plaza A sold for $33.1 million and Plaza B for $42.38 million.

Some 381 loans totaling $97.7 million were recorded during the pre-holiday week. A construction loan in the amount of $10.7 million was obtained by Third Creek, LLC from Home Federal Bank of Tennessee for future construction of three buildings on Third Creek Road.
