Programming is back at the library, just in time for tax season. That’s great news if you need some help. The AARP Foundation Tax Aide is the country’s largest volunteer-run tax preparation and assistance service. They will be at Cedar Bluff and Burlington Libraries to help you prepare your tax returns. You must make an appointment by calling 865-229-4429 or visit volsintax.com. For patrons age 50+.

Mastering Medicare: Turning 65
Cedar Bluff Library, March 15 from 1 – 2:30 p.m.
This course will help you become knowledgeable and confident in your health coverage choice. They will present Medicare options, enrollment schedules, an explanation of the differences between Medicare supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug coverage and more.
