Dr. Danielle Darter founded Knoxville Street Medicine in 2023 to address the healthcare needs of Knoxville’s unhoused population and restore their trust in the healthcare system.
KSM provides free, high-quality medical care by meeting people where they are. They are committed to reducing negative stigma surrounding unhoused individuals while promoting compassion through education and service.
