The incredible Hardin Valley Academy AeroHAWKS went to Paris, representing the entire United States in the International Rocketry Challenge as the No. 1 team in the country! What an incredible honor for any team, even more amazing for a group of young people in their first-year as a team to represent Team USA in the world’s largest rocketry competition.
According to a post by “hvaerohawks” at the conclusion of the competition, the Aerohawks finished fourth at international competition. The post went on to inform, “although an altimeter issue ultimately resulted in no score for altitude, they did a fantastic job with the presentation and launch.”
Congratulations to the only team in our entire country who can claim to be the top team in their state, the USA, and fourth in the world, and that team is the Hardin Valley AeroHawks!
