Join all the Carter school families for a first annual community festival Saturday, October 28, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. at Carter High School.
This event is sponsored by the Carter High School Foundation and is organized by Carter High School, Carter Middle School and Carter Elementary School. There will be kid games, a vendor fair, a car show, haunted hallway, food trucks and so much more.
