Halls warehouses headline realty transfers

Recordings for last week were much like most middle-of-the-month weeks, somewhat slower than the beginning and ending weeks. Still, we recorded 250 property transfers and 368 loans. The highest dollar property transfer is also the largest loan of the week.

The property, located on Fountain Valley Road in the Halls community, houses two businesses: Tru Homes Halls and Man Cave Indoor Storage. The transfer from CFL Partnership to Two Brothers Properties was for $2.25 million, and the loan from FirstBank to Two Brothers Properties was $2.12 million.
