All sports require training, practice, and passion in order to become elite in the game. Track and field athletes must commit to a daily regimen of hard work, diet, and prioritizing training over other activities. Several Knoxville high school athletes’ dedication resulted in state championships for them and their respective schools last week in Murfreesboro.
