Food City is proud to host Wreaths Across America’s Mobile Education Exhibit, bringing local communities and our military together through education, stories, and interactive connections. The exhibit is free of charge and will appear at the two Food City locations listed below. Wreaths Across America’s Mobile Education Exhibit.
Friday, May 29 & Saturday, May 30: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., 181 Western Plaza Way, Newport, TN 37821
Sunday, May 31 & Monday, June 1: 10 a.m.- 6 p.m., 284 Morrell Road, Knoxville, 37919
The 48’ exhibit is equipped with a 24-person screening room to showcase the WAA mission through video, as well as three interactive computers highlighting locations, trucking supporters, and general wreath sponsorship questions, and an educational wall of information spotlighting the different areas of WAA and where the mission will be going in the years to come.
The purpose of the Mobile Education Exhibit is not only to teach the next generation about service and sacrifice, but to share stories of patriotism and love of country with communities around the United States.
