Wallace Real Estate has welcomed Elyse Lundberg to its marketing team as graphic designer. In her new role, Lundberg will support the brokerage’s in-house Marketing Department, helping Wallace agents promote their listings, build their personal brands and connect with clients.

“Wallace is committed to providing our agents with the best support in the industry, and a talented, creative marketing team is an important part of that,” said Wallace Real Estate CEO Andrew McGranaghan. “Elyse brings fresh ideas, valuable design experience and a genuine enthusiasm for helping our agents succeed. We are excited to have her on the Wallace team.”

Lundberg recently graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in graphic design and a minor in advertising and public relations. She completed four internships during college, gaining experience in print design, branding, motion graphics and social media.

Previous experience was with the University of Tennessee Press, where Lundberg designed book covers. She also worked on logos, flyers, brochures and motion graphics for a variety of clients through Baker Marketing Laboratory. Her additional experience includes creating social media content for the League of Women Voters of Knoxville and designing print and marketing materials for the UT College of Social Work.

“I was interested in joining Wallace because of its strong reputation and the opportunity to use my design skills in a collaborative environment,” Lundberg said. “I also liked the variety of creative projects the marketing team produces and the chance to help agents promote themselves and their businesses, especially those who are just starting out.”

Lundberg said she enjoys finding creative ways to communicate information clearly while making each project visually engaging.

“I approach design a little like a puzzle,” she said. “I hope to bring creativity, versatility and a different perspective to the team. I’m excited to take on new creative challenges and see my work make a meaningful difference for our agents.”

Born in Chicago, Lundberg moved to Knoxville with her family when she was nine years old. Outside of work, she enjoys playing board games, baking, camping, spending time outdoors and exploring the Smoky Mountains.

“I’m excited to be part of Wallace and look forward to meeting and working with everyone,” Lundberg said. “I’m always happy to collaborate, try new things and help bring creative ideas to life.”
