Taylor leads National Association of Education Foundations

The National Association of Education Foundations announced the election of Mike Taylor as chair of the NAEF board of directors. Taylor will serve with 18 other education foundation leaders from across the United States. He previously served as treasurer.

Taylor is chief executive officer of the Knox Education Foundation (successor to the Great Schools Partnership).

A native of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a certified fund-raising executive (CFRE) and has more than 30 years of non-profit experience leading organizations and serving on community and national boards. He has headed education foundations in Richmond, Virginia, and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
