The family of Anita Holmes Wadley will receive friends 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, in the chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville, with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Mrs. Wadley, 83, passed away on July 20.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, she taught business and typing at South-Doyle High School for many years. According to her obituary, her family made use of her vast knowledge by making her the homework hotline. She loved music, books, flowers, football and Jeopardy.
