Fans and friends are invited to gather at Rose Funeral Home-Mann, 6200 Kingston Pike, on Saturday, October 8, from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Family remarks and sharing time will begin at 12:15 and will be livestreamed on the Rose-Mann Facebook page. The family suggests memorial donations made in Brad’s name to Make-A-Wish East Tennessee, 6700 Baum Drive, Suite 7, Knoxville TN 37919. The local Make-A-Wish website is here. And Brad’s full obituary is here.

Brad and his wife, Mary Jo, moved to Knoxville when he took an afternoon drive spot on Star 102.1. Their daughter, Rylee, was born here. He later married Lynne Shulz, and both ex-wives remained close.

Perhaps Brad is most known for his tenure at B97.5 as morning show cohost with Ashley Adams for nearly 20 years. There, he provided laughter, insight on food and fun, and engaged with friends on many practical jokes.

For the laughter he brought to many in the Knoxville area, we thank Brad Jeffries Norling and we will miss him.
