Eating pancakes at Seasons

Vanessa Ferraz of Farragut stands with Deron Little, the owner of Seasons in Turkey Creek. She was there for pancakes because he and his team were raising money to help an employee’s family member. Vanessa said she already loved the food there, but now she also loves how they run their business too because Seasons goes above and beyond to support their people. Now that’s a “Heart Month” story!

Celebrate Tennessee Songwriters Week at the Farragut Songwriters Showcase, Wednesday, Feb. 22, 6-9 p.m. at Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive for great performances by local singer songwriters. Tickets are free, but attendees must register here. Singers include Mike Snodgrass, Addie Levy and Jay Hocutt.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

“We are so excited to be partnering with our friends at Daddy Mac’s for this year’s event,” says Karen Tindal, the town’s tourism manager. “They already host a great lineup of live music and bands all year long, so it just seemed natural to team up with them to host our Songwriters Showcase.”

Wendy Smith, PR and marketing coordinator for the town of Farragut, provided information for this report.
