Perfect 100 is a monthly KnoxTNToday feature recognizing local establishments that receive the highest possible score during a Tennessee Department of Health restaurant inspection.
A score of 100 reflects conditions documented during that particular inspection. It is not a ranking of one restaurant against another, and conditions can change between inspections.
