Sterchi Elementary School announced a teacher selected by her peers to represent the school as 2023 Teachers of the Year. The Knox County Teacher of the Year for each grade band will be announced from all district-wide delegates in February.
Kelli Morelock has been teaching and loving the Sterchi community for over 36 years so this is a much deserved recognition for her hard work and dedication.
The staff also recognized Zina Kennedy as the classified staff member of the year. Zina has been serving Sterchi for over 25 years and is a part of the Sterchi community family.
Congratulations to both of these dedicated Sterchi staff members.
