Mayor Glenn Jacobs will speak to the Halls Republican Club at 7 p.m. Monday, April 15, at the Boys and Girls Club, 1819 Dry Gap Pike. Visitors are welcomed.
Appalachian Mountain Bike Club has set a work day today (4/13) at Concord Park. Meet by 8:45 a.m. at the main parking area near the dog park to hike in at 9. Lunch at noon will be provided by Knoxville Bicycle Co. Bring gloves, eye protections and water.
Fountain City Easter Egg Hunt is today (4/13) 9 a.m. until noon in Fountain City Park. The event is free and open to the public. Hunt times are 9:30 – 6-8-year olds; 10:15 – 3-5-year olds; 11 – walking to 2 years; 11:45 – 9-12 years. Details here.
