Green Magnet chosen for kindness week

Susan EspirituDowntown

To celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week, February 11-17, First Horizon Bank team members voted to donate to a school. And since they can see Green Magnet from their window on Gay Street, Green was the choice.

Jaime Bagwell, a vice president at First Horizon, reached the assistant principal, Denise Neal, who put her in touch with the school’s bookkeeper, Jana Davidson.

Davidson explained how valuable paper is to the schools. So, the First Horizon team donated boxes of paper plus pencils for the upcoming testing, and financial literacy color books and crayons for each child.

Bagwell said Davison’s excitement over the donation was truly infectious!!!
