First Tennessee honored for customer service

First Tennessee Bank is one of only five banks to be recognized nationally for the inaugural Greenwich CX (Customer Experience) Leader awards by Greenwich Associates, a global leader in market intelligence.

First Tennessee, member of the First Horizon National Corp. family of companies, earned top honors in the U.S. Commercial Middle Market Banking and Small Business Banking categories. First Tennessee was selected based on nearly 24,000 responses from key decision makers at U.S. small- and middle-market companies.

In addition to the CX Leader award, First Tennessee has been consistently recognized by Greenwich Associates for outstanding service and business practices, receiving 23 national and regional Greenwich Excellence awards last year.
