Last week, Elmo (of Muppet fame), asked on social media, “How is everybody doing?”
The responses were worrisome and widely negative. Are we as dissatisfied, disgruntled and dysphoric as Elmo’s question revealed? The significant lesson here is that it is important to check in on people, to connect with and love each other.
There’s an easy way. Send a Valentine to someone, or several someones!
There is plenty of need and it’s a two-way feeling as you will get a dose of happy back.
