Class reunions are a great way to reconnect with old friends, but the Gibbs community goes one better with the annual Gibbs High School Gathering that brings all the past graduating classes together for a time of fun and nostalgia.
On Saturday, July 29, from 4:30-8:30 p.m., all Gibbs alumni can come together, but the real focus will be on the classes who have celebrated their 50th reunion.
The no-charge event is being held at Corryton Church, 7615 Foster Road in Corryton. There will be food trucks on site and tables set up inside, but guests may bring a lawn chair to sit outside and socialize. Dress, of course, is very casual summer attire.
