Learning to work camera … learning to write ‘law’

Hey, folks. This will be my final Monday column for a while. I need the day off. Not Monday, but Sunday, the day when Monday’s work gets done.

We’ll blend copy previously run in “Let’s Talk – Law” into Tuesday’s “Neighbors” or Thursday’s “Leaders.”

Also, we’re consolidating obituaries a bit – covering eight rather than nine counties with obituary links. This feature was my brainchild. We’ve consistently had high readership for obituaries, and I hope dropping Loudon County will not diminish your interest.

I personally appreciate your support of KnoxTNToday – readers, advertisers, friends. Susan Espiritu is doing a good job. If she adds many more features and contests, we may have to ask why she spent 36 years in education (plus college years to train for it) when she could have been doing independent journalism all along.
