This year’s 27th annual Pancake Fest will be held at O’Connor Senior Center on Friday, March 27, from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m, at 611 Winona Street. This beloved community event welcomes hundreds of attendees and features all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee, served by local celebrity pancake flippers.
In addition to great food and fellowship, the event features a Craft Fair showcasing handmade items from local artisans and a Senior Expo highlighting local programs and services, creating additional exposure for sponsoring organizations.
Pancake Fest is an all-ages fundraising event that showcases the O’Connor Senior Center’s programs and participants while creating meaningful connections between businesses, organizations, and the community they serve.
Sponsorship opportunities offer valuable visibility, including vendor tables, on-site recognition, and the chance to directly engage with attendees. Space is limited, and sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
“Pancake Fest is a wonderful opportunity for local businesses and organizations to show their support for older adults while connecting face-to-face with the community,” said Mary Sibbett, Program Manager. “Our sponsors make this event possible, and their involvement directly supports programs that help older citizens remain active, engaged, and independent.”
Organizations interested in sponsoring Pancake Fest at any level are encouraged to contact Mary Sibbett at 865-523-1135 or email mary.sibbett@knoxseniors.org.
