  • League of Women Voters will sponsor a forum for candidates for school board from District 1 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, March 22, at Pellissippi State Community College, Magnolia Branch. Candidates are Andre Canty, Dametraus Jaggers and Evetty Satterfield. The nonpartisan race will be decided May 1. Incumbent Gloria Deathridge is not seeking re-election.
