- UT’s Baker Center is celebrating its 10th anniversary with Ambassador Ira Shapiro speaking from 5-6 p.m. today (10/30) in the Toyota Auditorium. Shapiro will discuss and sign “Broken: Can the Senate Save Itself and the Country?” The talk is free and open to the public. Hard to believe it’s been 10 years since the Baker Center’s debut.
