  • Visit Knoxville is hosting New Film Group LLC and director Richard De Witt who will shoot a new film, “Into the Wilderness,” in Knoxville. Auditions are in June. Info here.
  • Mark Davidson, retired educator, will speak on the Scots-Irish presence in early Appalachia at a Brown Bag Lecture at noon today (6/13) at the East Tennessee History Center, 601 S. Gay Street.
