Last week Rural Metro Fire and Knox County Rescue responded to a one-vehicle crash on Emory Road in front of Powell Middle School. When crews arrived, they found one tractor trailer off the road on its side with the driver uninjured. No other vehicles were involved and the tractor was not leaking any hazardous chemicals onto the ground, said information officer Jeff Bagwell. The truck was carrying supplies for Bojangles on West Emory.
