As the spring real estate market gains momentum, Wallace Real Estate is hosting an MLS-wide Broker Open House Blitz on Tuesday, April 1, from 10 a.m. to noon, giving area real estate professionals the opportunity to tour a wide range of available properties across the region.
The Broker Open House Blitz allows brokers and agents from across the MLS to visit homes, get a firsthand look at each property, and make connections that could ultimately benefit their buyer clients. For Wallace sellers, participation in the event is one more example of the company’s commitment to thoughtful, proactive marketing.
