Wallace Real Estate was proudly represented last week at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® “Limitless” Conference, held at Wynn Las Vegas. The annual event brings together top independent real estate brokerages from around the globe for networking, idea-sharing, and education across a variety of specialty tracks, including leadership, luxury, relocation, marketing, and agent development.
Several Wallace leaders and representatives attended the conference, gaining insights and strengthening relationships that will continue to benefit Wallace agents and clients across East Tennessee.
Wallace COO Claudia Stallings was featured on stage as part of a panel discussion moderated by nationally known real estate speaker Matthew Ferrara in which she shared how the company is using buyer trends and marketing strategies to better support agents and clients.
“The conference is always a good reminder of how the LeadingRE network does things differently,” said Stallings. “It’s a professional, forward-thinking approach, and Wallace is proud to be counted among this group.”
Wallace CEO Andrew McGranaghan attended the leadership track and said the conference offered both inspiration and practical takeaways for the future.
“What a week it was at the LeadingRE Global Summit,” said McGranaghan. “It was energizing to be surrounded by extremely talented and passionate independent real estate brokerages from across the world, all gathering to share best practices, network, and learn from some of the brightest minds in the business. At the end of the day, technology will come and go, and of course it’s crucial to embrace these things and evolve. But success in real estate will always rest on the importance of relationships, being a good agent, and doing the right thing with integrity. That’s why Wallace has been in business for 90 years, and why we’re poised for 90 more.”
McGranaghan noted that one of the major themes of the conference was the evolving role of artificial intelligence in real estate, but said Wallace remains committed to balancing innovation with the relationship-driven service that has defined the company for generations.
Rhonda Thompson, Principal Broker of the Wallace Farragut Office and leader of the Wallace Luxury program, attended sessions within the luxury track, where the focus was on the evolving expectations of high-end buyers and sellers.
“Luxury is more than a price point,” said Thompson. “It’s a different way of doing business. As this sector grows, it’s crucial to understand the unique needs of discerning clients who trust our agents with their largest investments.”

Carol Hart, Wallace’s Director of Referral Connections, attended the relocation sessions and used the event to deepen ties with referral and relocation partners across the network.
“In just three years of being a LeadingRE member, we have made great strides in creating meaningful relationships with our partner companies,” said Hart. “In 2025, nearly 70 companies around the globe within LeadingRE trusted Wallace to assist their clients with relocations in East Tennessee.”
Kate Spears, who supports Wallace marketing efforts, attended the conference as a member of the LeadingRE Marketing & Technology Advisory Council. Spears was part of the marketing track, speaking from stage in a session about generational trends in the real estate industry.
Also in attendance was Wallace team leader April Blankinship of The Blankinship Group, who was recognized from the conference stage as the recipient of an Agent Referral Achievement Award. Blankinship, who was joined by team member Shawna Rhoades, attended agent-focused sessions and also took part in luxury networking events held in conjunction with the conference.
