Members of the Wallace Property Management team recently attended the 2026 NARPM Southern States Conference, hosted in Knoxville by the NARPM Atlanta Chapter. In addition to Principal Broker Tammy Mills, attendees included Patti Stallings, maintenance coordinator, and Nina Guity, business development advisor.

The National Association of Residential Property Managers, or NARPM, is a professional association made up of real estate professionals who understand the unique challenges of managing single-family homes and small residential properties. Founded in 1988, NARPM® provides education, resources, networking, and industry standards for residential property managers across the country.

The 2026 Southern States Conference brought together property management professionals from across the Southeast, including Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Florida, and surrounding areas. The four-day event included designation classes, education sessions, breakout workshops, networking opportunities, and a regional vendor trade show.

For Wallace Property Management, attending events like this is an important part of staying current in a competitive and ever-changing industry. From best practices and fair housing education to new technology, vendor relationships, and client service strategies, the conference offered valuable insight into what is working now and what is ahead for residential property management.

“At Wallace Property Management, we believe strong service starts with staying informed,” said Tammy Mills, principal broker of Wallace Northshore and Property Management. “Our team manages properties for residential and commercial clients, and professional development through organizations like NARPM helps us continue learning, growing, and bringing best practices back to the clients and communities we serve across East Tennessee.”

NARPM promotes high standards of business ethics, professionalism, fair housing practices, and continuing education within the residential property management industry. Through education and connection, the organization helps property managers better represent their clients and raise the level of service across the profession.

Wallace Property Management’s participation in the Southern States Conference reflects the company’s ongoing investment in its team, its clients, and the future of residential property management in East Tennessee.

As a trusted choice for residential and commercial property management, Wallace Property Management continues to serve property owners, investors, tenants, and communities throughout the region with experience, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing education.
