There are many individuals behind the scenes at Wallace Real Estate who keep things running smoothly, and the company recently took time to celebrate them with a special staff appreciation lunch at Chesapeake’s.
The event honored the dedicated Wallace team members who work behind the scenes to support agents, clients, and the company as a whole. From Business Hub, Accounting, Marketing, Administration, Property Management, Training, Technology, and Commercial, as well as many other key support services, Wallace staff members play an essential role in keeping the company moving forward.
“Our staff play a vital role in creating the seamless experience Wallace is known for,” said Claudia Stallings, COO of Wallace Real Estate. “While clients may never meet many of the people working behind the scenes, they benefit from their efforts every step of the way.
From marketing properties and ensuring paperwork is accurate to keeping technology systems connected, managing payments, and supporting ongoing training, our staff help equip our agents to deliver an exceptional level of service.”
As part of the celebration, staff members participated in a workplace exercise led by Stallings, revealing their individual “Wallace Styles,” a personality-based concept designed to highlight how each person uniquely contributes in the workplace. The event also included a creative activity where team members customized drink tumblers with decorations reflecting their personal style.
Chairman of the Board George Wallace also shared his appreciation for the team and the important role they play across the company.
