Wallace Real Estate agents traded office time for game time at the Wallace Professionals Network’s October meetup, gathering at Token Game Tavern for happy hour and a little friendly competition.
The event brought together agents from across Wallace offices, offering a relaxed setting to catch up with familiar faces and get to know colleagues they may not see in their day-to-day work. Between conversations and games, the meetup reflected a simple part of Wallace’s culture: strong professional relationships deserve time and attention.
The Wallace Professionals Network, known as WPN, creates opportunities for agents at every stage of their careers to connect and learn from one another. Newer agents can build relationships with experienced colleagues, while longtime professionals can benefit from fresh perspectives and shared experiences.
Those connections help support the collaborative environment Wallace seeks to create across its offices. Said Wallace CEO Andrew McGranaghan, “Real estate agents spend much of their time working independently, making opportunities to come together especially valuable. Getting to know the person behind a name or an email can make it easier to reach out, ask a question or exchange ideas.”
October’s gathering was a reminder that building those relationships can be fun, too. At Wallace, working hard and making time to play are both part of staying connected.
