The Historic Ramsey House chose the 2024 Ancient Sounds of Music Festival to formally dedicate their new walkway to Virginia Nicely with her family in attendance for the special occasion.
Nicely served on the Ramsey House board of directors for many years including two terms as president.
The museum website stated, “It was for her service to Historic Ramsey House and the greater study of history across Knoxville that we dedicated this installation in her honor.”
