Principal Tanna Nicely of South Knox Elementary says there are no tricks to the trade except for both families and school staff to set the tone with positive works and calming tones.
She reminds families how to help the students by ensuring plenty of sleep, being on time to school, coming ready to learn, eating a healthy diet and giving positive encouragement throughout the time period.
The testing window runs for several weeks with different grade levels using different days during a two-week period. Check your school’s website for their dates and protocols.
