Cynthia Moxley took The Blue Streak to Patricia Nash Designs, the only free-standing Patricia Nash store in the world, conveniently located at 1132 N. 6th Ave. near downtown Knoxville. Nash launched her business just eight years ago, and is now one of the top five handbag brands in department stores.
