A prominent Pigeon Forge business owner has died. Clell Gene Ogle, 77, had worked in retail since the age of 13. He passed away on May 12, 2023. He and his wife, Zella, owned and operated two retail stores in Pigeon Forge – China & Gift Mart and Christmas & Collectibles. Both have been in business since 1984. Recently both stores were moved to Kodak, Tennessee.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Zella Faye Moneymaker Ogle; their five children and families, and others.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 Tuesday, May 16, at Atchley’s Smoky Mountain Chapel in Pigeon Forge with a service to follow. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, in Atchley’s Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens. The full obituary is here.
