The congregation of Grace Baptist Church will hold services today for one of its own.
Michael Wayne Thomas, 66, had spent the last 17 years of his ministry on staff at Grace Baptist. He died on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022, from Lewy Body Dementia.
The family will receive friends 4-6:30 p.m. today (10/12/22) at the church, 7171 Oak Ridge Hwy., Knoxville. The funeral service will begin at 6:30, officiated by senior pastor Dr. Bobby Lewis Jr. and pastor Bryan Thomas. Full obituary is here.
