Funeral services for retired Anderson County General Sessions Court Judge Jennings Bryan Meredith will be held Thursday, Sept. 2, at First Baptist Church in Clinton. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. with a celebration of life to follow. Judge Meredith passed away Aug. 29, 2021, at age 81.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who practiced law in Anderson County for 12 years and then served as judge for 22 years until his retirement. Additional obituary information is here.
