Real estate developer Robert Hugh Sterchi Jr. has died at age 84. A graduate of Farragut High School and the University of Tennessee, he worked with his father and brother to build the Country Squire Motel in Knoxville. He also served on state and local civic boards including the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. Services are scheduled for Friday at Rose Mann Chapel. Obituary info here.
