Teambuilding is not just a buzzword, but I always found it to promote collaboration, communication and trust with teachers who work together every day. They better serve students when their grade level team has a strong bond. Sarah Moore Greene’s third grade team strengthened their bond this past weekend.
Third grade teacher Zackea Harris told her team, “We need to go to Dollywood as a third-grade team!” and so they went on Sunday.
Team member Allen Landers says, “We all went and had an absolute blast. We laughed all day.”
So, if team-building activities help to foster a sense of camaraderie, morale and overall motivation, this third-grade team has started this year on the right track!
