Hope Springs is expanding to Blount County and director Vicki Worley said the board of directors chose Blount County for three reasons:
- Continued overall population growth
- 28% of population over 60 years of age have some form of disability
- Over 37,000 veterans (Hope Springs has a contract to provide services through VA)
Hope Springs desires to increase accessibility to those in neighboring, underserved counties such as Sevier and Loudon counties in the future.
Doors to the benefit open at 5:30 with dinner at 6. Tickets can be purchased on the website, Hope Springs Daycare or by calling the center at 865.377.3924.
