This year, Warren is celebrating her 10th anniversary as a real estate agent with Wallace Real Estate’s North Office. In addition to serving her clients, she also serves as a Back-Up Broker, lending her knowledge and support to fellow Wallace agents when questions or challenges arise.
From her earliest days with the company, Warren has demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and a determination to succeed. Those qualities have helped her become a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Her dedication to learning is reflected in the way she approaches every transaction. When clients come to her with a question, they can count on receiving an answer. If Warren does not already know it, she will keep researching until she finds it.
That same determination has helped her achieve an important personal goal. Warren once imagined that her family would someday live near a body of water. Today, they enjoy life near the French Broad River, proving that goals paired with persistence can become reality.
Warren also brings plenty of personality and fun to the Wallace North Office. A former bartender with a beautiful singing voice, she has a gift for bringing energy to any gathering. Whether she is helping a client, supporting a colleague or adding a little fun to an office event, her positive attitude is always evident.
