Thomas Mabry, aka the Honey Badger, is a native of Fountain City with an undergraduate degree from UT-Chattanooga and a law degree from UT-Knoxville. He is now enjoying Act III of his life as an outdoors explorer, adventurer, photographer, and writer. Thomas chronicles his activities through imagery of his Southern Appalachian Mountains. He resides in Asheville, NC, for which he has earned numerous awards, including a Golden Press Card Award, First Place for his entry, A Bold New Year’s Day Adventure: Exploring the Chestoa View Scar, in the category Hurricane Helene One Year Later.
