The Powell High Homecoming parade will step off at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at the former site of HalfTime Pizza and will continue past the high school. It will feature the football team, band, cheerleaders, dance team and several teams, clubs and organizations from Powell High, Powell Middle and Powell Elementary.
This year’s grand marshal will be the 2018 Tennessee AAA Softball Champs – the Powell High Panthers. Everyone is invited to stand and cheer these special young community residents.
