When school resumed this fall it was just another day at the office for veteran educator Mike McPherson.
Known as Powell High’s favorite sub, McPherson is in his 49th year at PHS (his 54th year teaching high school).

Sandra Clark: I grew up on Miller Road, Powell (which is really in Halls) and live in Powell today. A career in politics was diverted into publishing the Halls Shopper (June 1971-May 2017). With friends, started Alliance Press Inc. and later (with different friends) Real Pro Real Estate.
