Farragut Mayor Ron Williams shared a memo from the Tennessee Municipal League that summarizes the Friday, Dec. 17, ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit that reinstated federal requirements for Covid vaccination and testing for certain employees.
Problem is, the new ruling can be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. TML must have inserted tongue in cheek before concluding: “The OSHA website for the rule is comprehensive including a FAQ section for those who may still have questions regarding implementation.”
