New construction ahead for Farragut; townhouses in Halls

I hope you had a chance to get over to the Tennessee Valley Fair this past week; it’s such a great tradition! During the week of September 11-15, 1,340 documents were recorded. 286 Trust Deeds (loans) with a total value of $218.95 million. Nine loans had values over $1 million. Citizens National Bank funded the largest loan of the week in the amount of $17.4 million, and CBBC funded three loans over a million dollars.

Last week, there were 208 property transfers totaling $82.9 million. Of these, seven were priced at $1 million or more, including two commercial transactions. Turner Homes LLC sold five townhomes in the Snowmass subdivision to Sugarland WAK LLC for $1.33 million. This neighborhood is located on Thomas Road, just off East Emory.

The highest-value property transfer is a neighborhood bordering I-40 in Farragut – talk about convenience! S&E Enterprises LLC sold 80 lots, along with additional property, to D. R. Horton for $6 million. Each of the lots is 60-feet wide and sold for $75,000. They will be used in Phase One of the new Sonesta Subdivision.
