KnoxTNToday will have a new periodic column beginning Friday, November 29: Dishing It Out. This new column will feature Aneisa Rolen whose career is serving as the executive director of the Pellissippi State Community College Foundation, but her hobby takes her to the kitchen.
Aneisa will share her favorite recipes that require minimal preparation, limited culinary knowledge, yet provide maximum flavor, designed for the hesitant cook who loves good food but isn’t particularly a culinary enthusiast. Each article will include her preparation video.

We had season tickets 10 years ago in Section A, Row 46. I found one in the pocket of an old coat the other day. The tickets were $50 each for us, and by the time the game came around, we could sell them or buy more for about $20 each.
A check on the tickets for Saturday’s game listed Section A, Row 46 at $294.10, with a daily increase to follow as the hype begins for this weekend’s season-deciding showdown.
