Rock N’ Roll Sushi Hardin Valleythe rock-themed restaurant known for pairing creative takes on traditional sushi with a lively, music-fueled atmosphere, is expanding its presence in Tennessee opening of a new restaurant in Hardin Valley on Wednesday, July 22.

Located at 10837 Hardin Valley Road near Pellissippi State Community College, the new outpost marks the brand’s 12th location in Tennessee and 79th systemwide, continuing its momentum across the Southeast. The location is owned and operated by John Flood and partners.

“Hardin Valley is the perfect place for Rock N’ Roll Sushi because this community appreciates places with personality,” said General Manager Micah Foster. “Our goal is to create more than a meal — we want every guest who walks through our doors to feel like they’re part of the show.”

Founded in Mobile, Alabama, in 2010, Rock N’ Roll Sushi has built a loyal fanbase by combining bold flavors and American-style sushi with the sights and sounds of rock-and-roll culture. Complete with record-style menus, music videos, and a “Dine Out Loud” approach, the concept transforms an ordinary meal into a front-row experience.

The Knoxville restaurant will serve up the brand’s greatest hits, from fan-favorite rolls like the VIP Roll, Punk Rock Roll and Spicy Tuna Rockstars to sizzling hibachi entrées, shareable appetizers and savory ramen bowls. Guests can also enjoy a selection of beer at opening, with handcrafted cocktails joining the lineup soon.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi  will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
